When will my photos be posted?
All photos should be posted within one week. A lot depends on the number of photos and editing required.
How long will the Photos stay on line?
In general, they should be there indefinitely. A computer replacement may be cause to remove very old photos from PhotoReflect, but I should have them still available to upload if needed. So if you do not see old photos, contact me.
The photos available on Redbubble do not have all the gift products that PhotoReflect have. Can I get the gift products for Redbubble images?
Yes you can. Contact me and I will make any image on Redbubble available for you on PhotoReflect.
What is a Digital Download?
A digital download is the electronic delivery of the digital file, via the internet. You will be sent an email with the link to get it once it has been paid for. Usually within 24 hours. I will also get the link in an email so that I know it was delivered to you. If you do not get it, please check your SPAM folder. Let me know if you do not get it within 48 hours.
What can I do with a Digital Download?
The digital file can be used for making prints for personal use only. No commercial use of the images is allowed unless commercial use is paid for. Most prints unless cropped can be printed up to poster size.
Only digital downloads and gift products are available for my event photos on PhotoReflect. Can I purchase prints?
In General, I do not make prints available for events. If you want prints, please contact me and I will make them available.
Can I order digital files on a CD?
Yes. Soon I will make digital files available on PhotoReflect. In the mean time, contact me and I will provide you with an email to pay with Pay Pal. I will then send you the CD.
I do not have a Pay Pal Account. Can I still purchase photos?
Yes. It is not necessary to have or create a Pay Pal account to place an Order. Pay Pal will allow you to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card.
Can Text be added to a photo?
Yes. There will be a special handling option fee of $4.00 of for most text additions. Contact me with special text orders. An email must be sent to me with it spelled exactly as you want it. I will then make the photo available for purchase.
What are your shipping charges?
Digital downloads do not have shipping charges. Shipping for small orders generally are $6 in the US. $8 in Canada and $12 for any other country. Large prints and orders will be billed at actual cost of shipping.
Can I order by phone?
Not with Redbubble or PhotoReflect. It is an auto process of billing and release of the order. Special orders direct with me can be ordered by phone. I will send an email with a Pay Pal link to pay for the order prior to shipping.
Can I pay by check?
Only special orders made direct with me can be paid by check. Once the check clears your bank, I will process your order.
What is the resolution of your images?
I shoot at 15 mega pixels. A cropped image could be slightly smaller but not less than 5 Mega pixels.
